Account Policy

The following rules apply to creating and managing an account on Most Palay.

• Each individual may hold only one one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.
• Your login credentials (password, OTP) must be kept confidential. Most Palay will not be held responsible if you share them with anyone else.
• Withdrawals will not be available until KYC is completed. A national ID or passport is required for KYC verification.
• The account may only be used by the registered account holder. Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Most Palay reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in cases of suspicious activity, without prior verification.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Most Palay.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum limit (for KYC-verified members).
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Each method has its own set of instructions to follow.
• Deposits are typically instant. If there's a delay for any reason, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. VIP members receive faster processing.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Most Palay may request additional documentation to verify any withdrawal request.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

• You must be logged into your account and meet the applicable conditions to receive a bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once. Existing members are not eligible for this offer.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be completed first.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified validity period, it will be automatically forfeited.
• Most Palay reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, Most Palay reserves the right to void the bonus and investigate the account.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Most Palay.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless Most Palay itself cancels the event.
• For bets confirmed before an odds change, the original odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally void and the stake is refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Most Palay reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the last confirmed state will be considered the valid outcome.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same match to guarantee a risk-free profit — is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Most Palay and may result in account closure.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing strategic bets solely to collect bonuses.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking or Manipulation: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Collusion: Multiple members attempting to collude to influence betting outcomes.
• Underage Use: Operating an account while under the age of 18.

Responsible Gaming

Most Palay believes betting should be a source of entertainment — not stress or financial hardship.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Temporary "Cooling-Off" periods or permanent "Self-Exclusion" options are available upon request.
• If Most Palay detects unusual betting patterns, we will proactively reach out to the member.

Changes, Disputes & Governing Law

• Most Palay may update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified by email prior to any changes taking effect.
• New terms take effect 7 days after publication. If you do not agree, you may close your account before they come into effect.
• For any betting disputes, please contact Most Palay's support team first. If the issue remains unresolved, independent arbitration is available.
• Most Palay is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors or third-party service disruptions.
• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
